ABDOMINOPLASTY

1-2 DAYS OF HOSPITALIZATION

FULL ANAESTHETIC

RECOVERY TIME 3-6 WEEKS

If you are struggling with excess skin/fat in the abdomen, a tummy tuck may be a solution.

The skin/fat excess is usually due to weight loss.

After pregnancy, there is a chance that the skin was over-skinned, making it unable to return to its pre-pregnancy state.

Depending on the amount of excess skin, a scar should also be made around the navel (difference between a mini and full abdominoplasty).

Often this procedure is combined with liposuction of the flanks and pubic area, also the abdominal muscles that may have started to separate after pregnancy are tightened again.

2 - 4 hours depending on the type of abdominoplasty
